1. Fabric is bunching together and stitches look poor

Troubleshooting and Diagnosis

1. Top tension may be too tight
2. Bobbin is not the correct size for the bobbin case
3. Poorly wound bobbin
4. Bobbin wound too full
5. If a pre-wound bobbin, the front cardboard may need to be removed from the bobbin.
