Your retailer can offer you any technical support you need for your machine. It is advised the you go to the retailer who sold you your machine. If you don't know of a retailer in your area, go to our Store Locator and you can search for retailers in your areas.

What if you don't live near a dealership?
I purchased an older machine and need help with a part and the use of it.
It was my retailer that gave me the phone number to call your tech support to ask a question about importing a quilt design because he doesn't know how to do it.
My machine insists on air stitching. How do I get it to stitch
Prostitcher is engaged but machine is not actually stitching. It’s not in simulation. It is on “quilt” and “stitch”. I’ve rebooted several times. I have disconnected everything and reconnecting. Machine works without PS. I’ve tried everything you normally suggest. I’m trying to finish a Christmas gift and my retailer is no longer doing service calls until the new year!
