Top thread looping on back of quilt

Reset bobbin tension first.

1. Make sure machine is threaded correctly.

2. Top tension too loose.

3. MAKE SURE THREAD IS BETWEEN TENSION DISKS.  Grab the thread above the tension disks on the right side and tug upwards and to the left to make sure thread is between the disks.

4. If top tensioner has been over-tightened to compensate for loops, tighten the top tension all the way and then back of 7 complete turns.  Test tension and adjust as needed..

5. Burr on hook.
