Laptop Choice to run Pro-Stitcher & Pro-Stitcher Designer in Simulation

I use a Mac laptop which is incompatible with the Pro-Stitcher software.  If I wanted to buy a Windows based laptop to run Pro-Stitcher and PS Designer in simulation, what do you recommend with regards to CPU, graphics, storage, RAM?  Would a Chromebook work such as this one advertised at Walmart?
