HQ sixteen serail number location

I have an HQ sixteen. I have no sticker on the back. It is an older model, not sure what year, purchased used in 2011. Is there another way to get the serial number? I don't see any numbers on the machine, but have not removed any covers or handles.  Also where can the various oils and greases be purchased for servicing the machine?
