    I did get it figured out after contacting HQ Support. They had me re-level my frame by loosening all of the screws that holds the tracks and then tighten them as I leveled it and that worked.   Laurie

    Thanks for your reply!  When we put a level on frame, it is level.  I have the 8 foot with 2 foot extension.  There is a definite sag in the bar.

    Mine was level also before loosening the screws but when I re-did the screws and re-level it, it worked.  I did not tighten all the screws at once I did a couple of the screws at a time and checked the level each time by moving my Moxie across the tracks. I can't explain why it worked but it worked for me.

    Thank you again for your reply.  Shop that I purchased from told be to bring the idler bar in, seems odd that they would not even try to talk thru anything.  I live 1 1/2 hours away.
