Moxie is not doing well on heavy fabric and Dealer is not responding

    Dear Sewinglover, 

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues with your new Moxie. 

    Here are a couple of things to check: 

    Are your encoders plugged in?

    Are your encoder wheels making constant contact with the track while you are quilting? 

    If you find that you are answering no to either of these questions, please give our technical solutions department a call at 877-697-8458, Monday through Friday, 8-5 mountain time.
