Quilting with 100 Wt thread on Capri

    You can have as little or as much tension on the thread as needed. The numbers just give you an estimate of where to start with that particular thread. Don't be afraid to take it down to 10 or even 1 if that gives you a good stitch. You can also try these tips:

    When stitching with a 100 wt thread - which is a very delicate thread - you may need to slow down your stitching.

    You could try lengthening your stitches, this could help the issue.

    Try only using 1 of the holes in the three hole tensioner.

    You might also need to slightly loosen your tension in your bobbin.
