    Hi there. 

    Have you been able to contact support yet today? You said you paused and then turned the motor off? You don't need to do that step when you're paused. If you just turned the motor back on, then it probably wasn't in the right position. If you pause/resume you don't want to disengage the motors. If you DO disengage the motors, then you'll probably want to reposition the design after turning the motors back on.

    Yes I was able to contact support this morning and we went thru some steps and it was the y-axis motor went out. Thanks for getting back with me.
