It’s going crazy

HQ Fusion owners I don’t exactly what has happened but I had to put the machine on pause for 30 minutes so I turned off the motor also which I probably shouldn’t have but when I started it back up I didn’t turn the motor back on and just hit pause and it started quilting and it was ok but have way into the row it wasn’t following the pattern and it was doing wobbelly stitches and I have tried shutting it down and it still is acting all funny is there anyone that has had this happen and what can I do I figure I will have to call support on Monday

  Hi there. 

  Have you been able to contact support yet today? You said you paused and then turned the motor off? You don't need to do that step when you're paused. If you just turned the motor back on, then it probably wasn't in the right position. If you pause/resume you don't want to disengage the motors. If you DO disengage the motors, then you'll probably want to reposition the design after turning the motors back on.

  Yes I was able to contact support this morning and we went thru some steps and it was the y-axis motor went out. Thanks for getting back with me.
