I have an Infinity and my top thread has been breaking about every 6 inches. After weeks of patiently changing one thing at a time, the adjustments I have checked are: bobbin winder tension (which by the way is very hard to see what "Good" winder tension looks like on your YouTube videos so i'm still guessing), bobbin and top tension, needles and sizes replaced and all positions tried, machine freshly serviced, loosened my quilt and side clamps, stitch slower/faster, my cruise speed is set at 375 which creates 2 stitches at a point with the speed I am currently stitching.... it is now mostly every time I come to a point in a pantograph that the top thread breaks leaving a 1.5 inch of top thread hanging from the back of the quilt.
I am using Wonderfil Master Quilter 40wt thread and it seems to be really bad for it, I have tried also using other brands which still are a problem but not quilte at often.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
