    Did you install this yourself or did a technician install Pro Stitcher for you?   I would recommend having a technician level it for you

    Hello - I installed it myself as per the instructions.  Due to COVID, there are no available technicians in my area and it is not know when they will be able to resume their services.

    Based on this, is there any guidance or instruction you can provide to level this?
