Motor Stall?

Lately I can meander all over and have no issue but when I go to use a ruler or sew straight not curved stitching the machine does not seem to want to move does not want to move the same speed and takes several attempts to get back to the correct speed.

What can I do to correct this issue.

  Can you let me know which machine you are using? Do you have Pro-Stitcher? What mode are you stitching in? Manual? Precision? Regulated?

  Kristina,

  I have a HQ sixteen and I have checked the wheels and connections and all is cleaned and connected.  That is what someone else had suggested.

  What mode are you stitching in? Do you have precision and cruise mode on your machine? You might have changed stitch modes. If you continue to have this issue, please contact technical solutions at 1-877-697-8458 M-F 8-5 MT.
