Bobbin case is so tight the bobbin doesn’t spin around in case. Any ideas.

  Linda,

  Make sure that you have the correct size bobbin and that it isn't overfilled. Then check the tension on the bobbin case. You will need to adjust your bobbin tension each time you change the bobbin.  Here is a video that might be helpful to you.

  I just had this same problem...all of a sudden.  Turned out the bobbin had "stretched".   Couldn't pull the bobbin thread once it was in the machine.  If the bobbin is filled too tightly it will push the bobbin out of shape and it gets jammed once inside the machine.  Changed bobbin.  Rep showed me the difference between the bad bobbin and a new one.
