    Jasymonds,

I can not find a video that demonstrates the leveling process with casters. It is the same as with the regular feet. When you use your leveling tool to adjust the foot, remember to turn the tool above the foot rather than trying to rotate the actual foot.

If you still have questions, please contact technical solutions at 1-877-697-8458. I realize that you working during our time but maybe you can call during a break.

    Best regards,

It's simple; no video is needed.  Don't let the castors trick you.  The castors screw in and out (up and down) just as leveling feet would do.  Make sure you set the locking nut against the frame (upward) not against the castor (downward) when you finish leveling.

The frame is heavy and the castors will not turn easily unless you lift the frame up first.  Get some lifting help.  Also, the frame needs to be level in two directions; along the sliding axis and also in and out with the rolling of the quilt.  Set each castor / foot appropriately.
