    Dear SunnyBrenda, 

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.  To resolve it, please update to the latest version of Pro-Stitcher Premium by visiting this link: https://hqprostitcher.com/software-update/#downloads and choosing Premium-Beta and downloading version 19.07.0506.  If this does not resolve the issue, please contact your local Handi Quilter retailer.

    I have the Pro-Stitcher Premium and having the same problem. I have loader the latest update and still stops working,then have to go through all the work to get design reloaded and everything else set to try to finish a quilt.

    if the problem cannot be resolved how can someone save the work so that when they reboot the program they can get back to where they were and start quilting again?
