Motors Locking
I am using ProStitcher and my motor keep locking up. I have been changing my Torque it allows me to stitch a section and then it relocks my motors and I loose my place. Any suggestions? I can't decided if it is software or my Infinity. I am still new at this but have had my machine about a year. Thank you

Dear Marissa,
I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. I would recommend that you update to the latest version of Pro-Stitcher. One of the new features is that your motors are no longer locked when you finish quilting a design. Please visit https://hqprostitcher.com/software-update/#downloads and the click on the Premium-Beta tab and download the 506 version to a USB and run the update on your Pro-Stitcher tablet.

Thank you for the advice. It is locking in the middle of stitching a pattern. I am on the latest version. I can't decide if it is a machine problem or a me problem. Not sure who to speak with.

I have a Forte which does the same thing. Sometimes I can quilt for hours without any issue and then in the middle of a row the machine starts shaking and then looks the motors. I checked if there is anything in the way but nothing I also have plenty of space so the machine is not hitting the take-up pole or the front poles.
Did you find a solution?
