    Dear Helene,

    I am sorry to hear that you are having these issue with your tablet.  Yes, you can upgrade to a new tablet.  Please contact your local retailer about purchasing the upgrade tablet or you can call our Customer Relations department at 877-697-8458, Monday through Friday, 8-5 MDT.  To be able to transfer your Art 'n Stitch key to your new tablet, you will need to contact the maker of the program via their website  http://www.artandstitch.com/ and have them deactivate your old key which will allow you to transfer it to your new tablet.
