    Dear Helene,

    I am sorry to hear that you are having these issue with your tablet.  Yes, you can upgrade to a new tablet.  Please contact your local retailer about purchasing the upgrade tablet or you can call our Customer Relations department at 877-697-8458, Monday through Friday, 8-5 MDT.  To be able to transfer your Art 'n Stitch key to your new tablet, you will need to contact the maker of the program via their website and have them deactivate your old key which will allow you to transfer it to your new tablet.
