    Karen,

     

    I am sorry this happened to you.  You may have lost communication between the machine and the Pro-Stitcher when it stopped working.  Check your cables and make sure they are all securely plugged in.  If you have lost your position you will need to reposition your design first then do the New Start/End.

    If you need further assistance please call our Education department M-F, 8-5 MDT.  We would love to help you with this problem.

    This has been happening to me for the past two days.  What can be done about it?  All my connections have been checked and doubled checked.  Please advise.

    I have the same and just posted a question, please do not state connections were loose. All connections are stable.

    The response from HQ is above.  I think I needed to update my machine.  At the time, it was the Beta  version she suggested, but when I went to update, it was the most recent update.  Try that.  Hope that helps.  Good luck.  It's so frustrating when things don't go the way they're supposed to.

    Ok mine is brand new with most recent update. So what is causing mine to do that?
