    Dear Hthomas33,

If your machine is tipping slightly - meaning not all of the wheels on the carriage are having constant contact, there is nothing to worry about.  However, if your machine is drastically tipping forward and backwards, we would recommend contacting your local retailer and having them come and take a look at your frame.

    Best Regards,

Please please explain what is happening when the machine is tipping.  When it first happened to me, it scared me.  I have a hard time not jumping when it happens.  Can’t this be adjusted?

I figured out that in my case, the machine was tipping because I moved to a new house and skipped a step when setting up the frame. Before you tighten all the rails, you are supposed to roll the machine down the tracks of the frame and tighten as you go. I took my frame apart and redid the assembly from this point. It worked for me. Hope this helps.
