I bought an Amara with the ProStitcher. Delivery and set up last Friday. I have not used it. My Acer Switch 3 tablet does not connect to the internet. The sewing store says it shouldn’t connect to the WiFi/internet. Shouldn’t I be able to download design files, I also should be able to do the upgrades/updates from ProStitcher. And updates to the tablet itself.
On every ProStitcher user group people are updating their windows system on their tablets etc..
Also where is my ProStitcher Software? This is something I purchased so I should be able to either have the software or the license number so I can register as the owner and have the ability to get access to the upgrades.
Also what type of owner information about the tablet should be provided? Since I paid for it and it under some type of warranty, I need information to register the tablet. None of this was provided by the sewing center.
I’m getting ready to ask for a full refund...
