Simply sixteen rear handlebars

I have a simply 16 and would like to add the rear handlebars and display.  I also have it on a Little Foot frame.  I understand that HQ does not recommend the rear handlebars on this frame.  Can you explain what the issue is please?

  Hi. I have rear handles on my Simply Sixteen Andover a Little Foot frame.  They work fine.
