I have a lot of chatter going on in the bobbin case area on Fusion

  Julie,

   

  Make sure that you have oiled your hook area.  Lots of time the bobbin will get noisier when it needs oil, or when you thread is getting low.

  Each machine has its own sound and as long as your stitch is good and the machine is oiled then don't worry too much about the noise.

  If you are really concerned about it take it to your local retailer and have it serviced.
