E2E overstitches on the right side
I am stitching a quilt that the center is a panel and borders around I am doing piano keys in the border
and a design in the center panel. the Amara stitch great until I get to the right side and it either overstitches
or under stitches. I measured the center panel the same as I would measure a whole quilt. I also measured it with a measuring tape to be sure all measurements were the same.
I stitches out the first row and it stitched into the border about 1/4 of an inch, tacking stitches. The next row
finished about 1/2 "inside the center panel. How do I fix this? I had trouble with another E2E quilt with the
same issue. As I am new to Pro Stitcher I thought it was me.

To solve your issue, you need to set up an Area and then place the design in the Area. We have a great tutorial online, here is a link: http://hqprostitcher.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/Placing_a_Border_between_Corners.pdf that will walk you through the steps of setting up an Area and then stitching out a design like you described above. If you still have questions about this, feel free to call us at 801.292.7988 and we can help walk you through setting up and Area.

Kim,
Ii guess I was not clear on my problem. It is not the borders that I am working on but the center panel . I did do an area for the panel, width and length. It is 61x83. I put the design in the area, both L and W. The problem is the design is stitching over the width by 1/4 to 1/2 inches. It wouldn't be so bad as I could delete the micro stitches at the end of the row and just rip the stitches out back to the edge of the border, but I off set the even rows and cropped the edges outside of the area then connected the edged so when the pattern doesn't reach the ditch between the panel and border it shows. How do I correct this.

Thanks for the clarification. The reason why it is overstitching on the right edge is because your quilt is drawing in as your quilt it - the more dense the stitching on the quilt, the more it will draw in. The way to compensate for this is to set your area 1/4" to 1/2" narrower than your area and then stitch out your design. You may also want to consider sizing the entire design 1/2" smaller (setting the area in from the outside of your original area by 1/4" on all sides) and then stitching out the Area bounds when you have finished stitching out your design, then stitching on the original outline on the panel, which will create a frame around that center portion of your quilt.
