Avante Motor Stall in Regulated Mode

I just set up my Avante and it stitches beautifully in regulated mode but then suddenly the motor seems to stall and takes a few seconds to start back up. This happens every 5-10 minutes. Checked that all cords and cables are plugged in all the way. Thank you

  I am sorry to hear that your Avante is not performing as expected.  I have couple of questions for you: Did you recently have your machine set up by a local retailer?  Does the machine work well in manual mode?  Thanks in advance for your reply...
