Undercarriage squeaking
When my pro stitcher is on the under carriage makes a terrible squeaking noise. When I turn off the pro stitcher and go to manual mode it doesn’t squeak. Any ideas or suggestions?

Sandy,
You can use a silicon spray to fix this problem. Spray some silicon into the lid and dip a cotton swab into it. Then gently apply to the blue track. You may have to do this 2-3 times. You don't want to press too hard or you will get cotton on the track. This will help the squeak.

It only squeaks going front to back. Is the blue track the only place to lightly had silicone to.

Sandy,
There is a blue track on the carriage also. Just do this carefully so you don't get silicon anywhere else on the motor.
