Looping on simply sweet sixteen on underneath

    I am sorry that you are having problems with your tension.  Make sure your bobbin will stand up in your hand and as you move your hand down the bobbin case will follow like a quick spider on a spider web.  Check and make sure your thread is flossed in the tension disks.  Loosen your tension knob until it is very loose.  Now tighten it by turning 4-5 full turns.  Start fine you tension from this point.  

    If you are using a thread that is "slippery" try wrapping it around the tension disks twice.  This will keep your thread from falling out of the tension disks.
