upper thread does not pick-up bobbin thread
Please help! I am in the middle of quilting a small quilt on my HQ Avante 18 using Pro-Stitcher Premium. I had a needle break, replaced that and continued quilting with no problems. Two passes later my upper thread broke and I received a "Needle Sensor Error" message. Since that occurred the upper thread will no longer pick-up the bobbin thread. I have re-booted the machine and the computer, re-threaded the machine, cleaned the bobbin case and bobbin area including removing the plate to make sure there were no thread clogs there, changed the needle and changed the bobbin case. Can you please assist?
THANK YOU!

Susan,
Make sure your needle is in correctly and that the long groove is down the front. Also check and make sure it is all the way up in the needle bar. Check to see if your needle if hitting your hook assembly when it is the lowest position. Also, check and make sure it is threaded through the thread uptake arm.
If you are still having problems please call our Education team at 1-877-697-8458, M-F, 9-5 MST.
