Amara and ProStitcher problems running

    Tara,

     

    Check all your cables and make sure they are all plugged in securly.  Look at the website and make sure there are no updates for the HQ Amara and make sure you are on the latest version of Pro-Stitcher.   Make sure that you have Saved your design then try shutting down your Pro-Stitcher and HQ Amara.  After shutting down turn on the Amara and let it turn on completely.  Then turn on the HQ Amara.  See if this helps.
